Please could you take part in our survey?
We are conducting a survey to find out how the lockdown affected the CMT community in the UK. We are asking if you had access to medical help during the lockdown (and after the lockdown) and if there is anything we can do to help further.
The more survey results we get, the more we can help and support our community.
The results will be shared on here during October, CMT Awareness Month.
