FREE MEMBERSHIP -

.... for the first year, in any case - all part of our strategy to try to increase dramatically our membership numbers!

CMT United Kingdom is a membership-led organisation, and the only way we can really push forward with the organisation and get to a point where "Joe Bloggs" in the street knows what CMT is, is by having a strong, lively and active membership!

So we are now offering you the opportunity of joining CMT United Kingdom without it costing you a penny!  You can join online, and gain all the benefits below immediately.  However, we do rely on membership subscriptions to pay for our core services, so you will be receiving a reminder in a year's time to ask for a subscription - which is currently £14 for individuals and £21 for families - if you work that out on a weekly basis, it's mere pennies!  But we're hoping that you'll be so bowled over by our fantastic magazine and services, that this won't be a problem!!!

And of course, if you'd like to be generous and make a donation, you can do that through www.justgiving.com/cmt very safely and securely.

We currently have approximately 1250 members in the UK, but with a possible CMT population out there of anything up to 25,000 - where are you all??  It would be lovely to get over the 1300 barrier this year, and stay there!

There are lots of benefits to joining like:

  • Three editions per year of our full colour magazine, "comment" - which is all about inspiration, positive stories, news and ways to assist you in managing your CMT.
  • Monthly e-newsletters, direct to your inbox!
  • Personal advice on your problems from our freephone helpline, or via email, or letter - if we can help you, we will, and if we don't know the answer to something, we'll usually know some one who does.
  • A wonderful Annual Conference held in conjunction with our AGM at the Hilton Hotel in Coventry - with speakers and workshops to suit everyone.  And the best part is being able to meet, chat with and socialise with other folk who know exactly what you're going through.
  • Private Members' Area on this website, with an active Forum and a huge quantity of downloadable information, including a free electronic copy of our book, CMT: A Practical Guide
  • Local groups around the country - albeit a bit few and far between - if you're lucky enough to live where there's an active group , do go along, they'd love to see you.
  • And if there isn't a local group, we will probably  have a local contact who'd be glad to talk to you instead.

So go on - you have absolutely nothing to lose!!
