Being diagnosed with a condition like CMT is hard – no one understands what you are going through, how you’re feeling on a day to day basis, the struggle you have to do the simplest tasks. You’ll be scared about the future, about your children and probably a lot more.

If you are a new Member, we will create your account to allow online access of the Membership area once the payment is confirmed at our end. Please note, it’s not an automatic process – so there may be some delay between you making your payment, and us creating the username and password. You will receive an email from the website system with these details, but if you should have any problems, please do not hesitate to email the office on email@example.com or phone 01202 474203 for assistance.
Our preferred method of renewal is by Direct Debit, as this is the easiest for us to administer and will save considerable amounts of time and money. To pay by credit or debit card or by cheque, please scroll past the Direct debit link – we use PayPal to process our payments, but you don’t have to have a PayPal account to use this option (Click on “Check out as a guest”).
You can sign up here – it’s completely secure! Ensure you select the frequency you prefer – either ANNUAL or MONTHLY direct debit. The Annual cost is £25 or Monthly is £2.30 for single membership (the extra cost helps offset the high processing fees).
Last but not least, if you’d prefer to post a cheque, please download the Subscription Renewal Form, and send it back to FREEPOST CMT UNITED KINGDOM. This form also includes a paper direct debit mandate, if you prefer not to commit these details to the web!
