We are delighted to invite you to the Second Patient Information Day hosted by Professor Mary Reilly, a consultant neurologist from the MRC Centre for Neuromuscular Diseases.
This patient information day is being organised by the MRC Centre for Neuromuscular Diseases, Institute of Neurology, University College London in association with Charcot Marie Tooth UK: a charity for patients with CMT that the MRC Centre works with very closely and this is a joint invitation from both organisations.
The event will be held in the Clinical Neuroscience Lecture Theatre based on the lower ground at 33 Queen Square, WC1N 3BG starting with registration at 10.00am (the lecture theatre is not situated inside the main hospital building). The entrance to the lecture theatre is on the same side of the square as the main Hospital Entrance, but further along the road. The lecture theatre is stepped (but shallow steps), but there are a couple of spaces at the top and bottom for wheelchair users. An information pack is attached with further details.
Speakers for the patient day include Professor Mary Reilly, Dr Gita Ramdharry, Dr Matilde Laura, Karen Bull and Catherine West, MP and a copy of their biographies is in the Patient Information Day 30-9-17 info pack
You will need to register through Eventbrite, as there are limited spaces available (120):
When the event becomes full registration will close, therefore if you register and then are unable to attend we would ask that you deregister your place via Eventbrite to free up that place for another attendee. The event is
free, however if you would like to make a doation to Charcot-Marie-Tooth UK, you can go to click on the Donate Button on this page. All donations will go to the Research Fund, which is used to fund research into CMT.
The event will include a light sandwich lunch with refreshments.
